MinePro's team is made up of several driven, and consummate professionals, each with various success in multiple business endeavors. While the energy of a dozen or so people is usually very beneficial for startups, due to the nature of our business, MinePro prefers to stay lean. Ensuring we're able to run profitably while taking minimal fees from token holders.

Richard Sakaguchi, PEng, MBA, PMP

Richard is a successful leader in the electricity industry with over 20 years of experience in the development of new power plants. His expertise includes project management, project engineering, market analysis, commercial negotiations, regulatory and asset optimization,. He has a strong track record on multi-billion dollar power generation projects and has been directly involved in the development of over 2,000 MW of generation in North America. Richard’s professional designations include Professional Engineer, Master of Business Administration through the University of Calgary and Project Management Professional. Data center projects include a 375 MW behind the fence crypto project at an existing power station in Alberta, several smaller gas to power projects for data centers in North America and a grid-connected data center facility in Labrador.

Nate Hartenfeld - Co Founder & CEO

Over 8 years of Bitcoin Mining expertise: managed a facility of over 1,500 ASICs simultaneously with a team of 10. Personally Oversaw over $60,000,000 of Bitcoin (at current price) mined during his career.

Serial entrepreneur: Three 7-figure exits from multiple e-commerce brands as well running his own rapid-growth incubator, mentoring start-ups through fundraising and early stage structuring.

Technical assembly: Deep understanding of the setup and upkeep of power generators, ASICs, and facility infrastructure. For years, Nate was "in the field" when it came to managing his facility, subsequently transitioning to a solely managerial role once the facility scaled.

Decentralization advocate: Nate is a huge supporter of "decentralizing everything" initially beginning his Bitcoin mining career due to his fascination with the concept, after seeing Bitcoin mining slowly become closer and closer to what it was created to put an end to, he set out to build MinePro.

Jake Salazar - Co-Founder

Crypto Mining Veteran: 9 years specializing in technological integration within the crypto mining sector.

Industrial mining experience: Ran a private Bitcoin mining industrial infrastructure proprietor and machine upkeep company for 4 years at a power cost of $0.06 per KWH. Jake played a key role "in the field" overseeing maintenance and setup of machines and power generators. Oversaw over $10,000,000 of Bitcoin (at current price) mined during his stint running this company.

E-commerce and SMMA Success: Generated over $10 million in revenue.

Digital Marketing Expert: Focused on online marketing entrepreneurship for over seven years.
